오일씰과 유압씰의 차이는 무엇인가요?What is the difference between an oil seal and a hydraulic seal?
오일씰은 회전축에서 윤활유 누유·이물질 침입을 막는 회전용 씰이고, 유압씰은 실린더의 왕복운동(피스톤·로드)에서 유압을 밀폐하는 직선운동용 씰입니다. 씰스타는 두 분야 모두 NBR·FKM·우레탄 등 작동조건별 소재로 공급합니다.An oil seal is a rotary seal that prevents lubricant leakage and contaminant ingress on a rotating shaft, while a hydraulic seal is a linear-motion seal that contains fluid pressure in a cylinder's reciprocating piston/rod. SEALSTAR supplies both in NBR, FKM, polyurethane and more, matched to operating conditions.
비표준 사이즈의 오링·씰도 제작 가능한가요?Can you produce O-rings or seals in non-standard sizes?

고온·고압 환경에는 어떤 소재를 추천하나요?Which material do you recommend for high-temperature or high-pressure conditions?
고온에는 FKM(바이톤)·PEEK·테프론 계열, 고압 왕복운동에는 스프링 에너자이즈드 씰을 권장합니다. 작동온도·압력·매질 조건을 알려주시면 씰스타가 최적 소재를 제안합니다.For high heat we recommend FKM (Viton), PEEK or PTFE-family materials; for high-pressure reciprocating motion, a spring-energized seal. Share your temperature, pressure and fluid conditions and we'll propose the right material.
오링 규격(KS/AS568)은 어떻게 확인하나요?How do I determine O-ring size standards (KS/AS568)?
오링은 내경(ID)×선경(CS)으로 규격이 정해지며, 국내 KS와 미국 AS568(인치계) 표가 표준입니다. 기존 오링의 내경·선경을 측정하거나 도면을 주시면 씰스타가 해당 규격·소재로 매칭해 공급합니다.O-ring size is defined by inner diameter (ID) × cross-section (CS), following Korean KS or U.S. AS568 standard tables. Send us the measured dimensions or a drawing and we'll match the correct standard size and material.

반도체 공정 장비 씰은 고진공 유지, 플라즈마·공정가스에 대한 내화학성, 저파티클(청정도)이 요구됩니다. 씰스타는 퍼플러오링(FFKM)·PTFE·PEEK·스프링 에너자이즈드 씰로 대응합니다.Semiconductor process seals need high-vacuum integrity, chemical resistance to plasma and process gases, and low particle generation.
