Molded Rubber & Urethane Products
We build molds from customer drawings to produce urethane and rubber parts — cushions, rollers, wheels, bumpers, sheets, diaphragms and more — in production quantities.
What Are Molded Rubber & Urethane Products?
Molded rubber and urethane products are parts made by injecting and forming rubber or urethane in a mold, allowing volume production of both standard shapes like O-rings and gaskets and custom shapes to customer drawings. This method suits fixed-design parts made repeatedly in quantity.
Principle & Structure
A mold is built to match the required shape based on a drawing or sample, then urethane or rubber is injection- or compression-molded into it to reproduce the part consistently at volume. There is an upfront tooling cost, but once the mold exists, production is faster and more consistent than machining each part individually.
