We review PU, PTFE, POM and PEEK for rod seals, piston seals, wipers and guide rings, including small-lot or urgent requests and replacement seals for discontinued or imported equipment. Feasibility and lead time are confirmed after reviewing gland dimensions, service conditions, material and quantity. We partner with SKF's seal-machining brand Economos to work with 26 materials — polyurethane, rubber and thermoplastic — up to roughly 4,000mm in diameter.

도면·샘플 기반 산업용 씰 가공Industrial seal machining from drawings or samples
봉재·튜브 등 소재를 필요한 단면과 치수로 절삭해 씰을 제작합니다. 사용품은 마모·팽윤·영구변형으로 원래 치수와 달라질 수 있으므로, 샘플과 함께 축·보어·홈 도면을 확인하는 것이 좋습니다.Seals are machined from stock such as rods or tubes to the required profile and dimensions. Used samples may be worn, swollen or permanently deformed, so shaft, bore and gland drawings should be checked alongside the sample.
사출성형(Injection Molding) 소재의 강점The Strength of Injection-Molded Stock
SKF Economos의 열가소성 소재(TPU)를 고온·고압으로 사출 성형한 봉재를 CNC로 정밀 가공합니다(대구경 G-ECOPUR는 주조 방식). 주조 방식과 달리 기공이 없는 균질한 조직이라 밀도가 균일하고 배치마다 물성 재현성이 높아 씰 성능이 예측 가능하며, 압축영구줄음이 낮아 씰 수명이 깁니다. 우레탄(PU)은 최대 지름 약 4,000mm, 고무(Rubber)는 최대 약 1,540mm까지 가공이 가능합니다.Polyurethane (TPU) stock from SKF Economos is injection-molded at high temperature and pressure, then precision-machined on CNC equipment (large-diameter G-ECOPUR uses a casting process instead). Unlike cast stock, the void-free, uniform structure gives consistent density and batch-to-batch reproducibility, making seal performance predictable, with low compression set for longer seal life. Polyurethane can be machined up to roughly 4,000mm in diameter, and rubber up to roughly 1,540mm.

Rod Seal·Piston Seal은 압력·속도·유체와 압출 틈새를, Wiper는 오염 유입과 장착 구조를, Guide Ring은 하중과 상대면 조건을 검토합니다. PU·PTFE·POM·PEEK 등의 선정은 재질명만이 아니라 경도·충전재·온도·치수 안정성을 함께 고려합니다.For rod and piston seals, review pressure, speed, fluid and extrusion clearance. Wipers require a review of contamination and mounting, while guide rings require load and mating-surface information. PU, PTFE, POM and PEEK selection also considers hardness, fillers, temperature and dimensional stability.
소량·긴급 및 수입장비 유지보수Small lots, urgent requests and equipment maintenance
소량이나 긴급 건도 도면·샘플을 기준으로 검토합니다. 단종 부품의 형상 재현이나 수입설비 씰 대체는 치수 일치만으로 호환을 보장하지 않으며, 재질·설치 구조·동작 조건을 확인해야 합니다. 가능 수량과 납기는 소재 확보 및 가공·검사 조건에 따라 달라집니다.Small-lot and urgent requests are reviewed from drawings or samples. Reproducing an obsolete profile or replacing an imported equipment seal requires material, installation and operating checks; matching dimensions does not guarantee compatibility. Quantity and lead time depend on stock, machining and inspection requirements.
