FDA 관련 적합성은 해당 식품 접촉 용도에 적용되는 규정과 사용조건에 대한 확인입니다. USP Class VI는 USP의 생물학적 반응성 시험에 따른 분류로 FDA 적합성과 같은 인증이 아닙니다. 음용수의 NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 등도 별도 기준이므로 실제 인증 목록과 적용 범위를 확인해야 합니다.FDA compliance concerns the regulations and conditions applicable to the intended food-contact use. Silicone and PTFE selection also weighs fluid contact, friction, deformation, filler and documentation — compounds within the same material family can differ in food-contact or USP Class VI compliance.
CIP 세정액의 종류·농도·온도·시간과 헹굼 조건, SIP 스팀의 온도·압력·유지시간·반복 횟수를 확인합니다. 생산 중 접촉하는 식품·약품과 세정 후 잔류물도 함께 고려하며, 내열 온도 하나로 반복 세정 수명을 판단하지 않습니다.Specify CIP agent, concentration, temperature, duration and rinse conditions, plus SIP steam temperature, pressure, hold time and cycle count. Consider process food or pharmaceuticals and cleaning residues together; a temperature rating alone does not establish repeated-cleaning life.
