굴삭기·로더 실린더는 로드씰(외부 누유 방지), 피스톤씰(내부 압력 분리), 와이퍼(오염물 차단) 세 종류가 함께 구성됩니다. 로드씰과 피스톤씰에는 폴리우레탄이나 충전재를 배합한 PTFE 소재가 주로 사용되며, 와이퍼에는 내마모성 폴리우레탄 등이 적용됩니다. 실린더 압력·속도·행정에 따라 조합을 조정합니다.Excavator and loader cylinders combine three seal types — a rod seal (prevents external leakage), a piston seal (separates internal pressure) and a wiper (excludes contaminants).
