굴삭기·로더 실린더는 로드씰(외부 누유 방지), 피스톤씰(내부 압력 분리), 와이퍼(오염물 차단) 세 종류가 함께 구성됩니다. 로드씰은 우레탄, 피스톤씰은 PTFE·필드 우레탄, 와이퍼는 내마모 우레탄을 주로 사용하며, 실린더 압력·속도·행정에 따라 조합을 조정합니다.Excavator and loader cylinders combine three seal types — a rod seal (prevents external leakage), a piston seal (separates internal pressure) and a wiper (excludes contaminants). Rod seals are typically polyurethane, piston seals PTFE or filled polyurethane, and wipers wear-resistant polyurethane; the combination is adjusted for cylinder pressure, speed and stroke.
일반 광유계 작동유에는 NBR·우레탄이 무난하지만, 난연 작동유(HFA·HFB·HFC 계열)나 생분해성 작동유를 사용하는 설비는 FKM 등 내유체성이 다른 소재를 검토해야 합니다. 사용 중인 작동유 종류를 알려주시면 적합한 씰 재질을 확인해 드립니다.Standard mineral-based hydraulic fluid works well with NBR or polyurethane, but equipment running fire-resistant fluids (HFA/HFB/HFC types) or biodegradable fluids needs a different fluid-resistant material such as FKM.
