황화수소(H2S)가 포함된 사우어가스 환경은 NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 기준에 따른 내취성 소재가 필요하며, HNBR이나 FEPM(Aflas)이 주로 검토됩니다. 저온 성능이 함께 필요한 경우 HNBR을, 고온·강산 조건에는 FEPM을 우선 검토하는 경향이 있습니다.Sour-gas environments containing H2S require embrittlement-resistant materials that meet NACE MR0175/ISO 15156, with HNBR and FEPM (Aflas) the materials most often considered. HNBR tends to be favored where low-temperature performance also matters, while FEPM is often preferred for high-temperature, strongly acidic conditions.
배관·밸브 내부 압력이 급격히 낮아지는 조건에서는 일반 FKM도 손상될 수 있어, RGD 저항성이 검증된 전용 FKM 등급이나 HNBR·FFKM을 압력 조건에 맞춰 선정합니다. 실제 감압 속도와 최고 압력을 확인해 적합한 등급을 검토합니다.Where internal pressure in piping or valves drops rapidly, even standard FKM can be damaged, so dedicated RGD-resistant FKM grades or HNBR/FFKM are selected to match the pressure conditions. The actual decompression rate and peak pressure are checked to review the right grade.
