작동 원리 & 구조Principle & Structure

유압·공압 피팅이나 포트를 나사로 체결할 때, 나사산 사이의 미세한 틈만으로는 완전한 밀봉을 보장하기 어렵습니다. ED씰은 체결부에 함께 장착되어 이 틈을 보조적으로 막아주는 정적 씰로, 진동이나 압력 변화가 있는 체결부에서도 안정적인 밀봉을 유지하도록 돕습니다.When a hydraulic or pneumatic fitting or port is joined by threads alone, the fine clearance within the thread engagement often cannot guarantee a complete seal. The ED seal is fitted alongside the joint as a static seal that backs up that gap, helping maintain reliable sealing even where vibration or pressure fluctuation is present.
