자석필터는 유압유·절삭유 배관 라인에 설치해 강력한 자력으로 유체 속 철분·금속 마모 입자를 흡착·제거하는 부품입니다. 일반 필터가 걸러내지 못하는 미세 철분까지 포집해 펌프·밸브 등 설비의 마모와 고장을 줄입니다.A magnetic filter is fitted into a hydraulic or coolant oil line to attract and remove iron and metallic wear particles from the fluid using strong magnets. It captures fine ferrous particles that ordinary filters miss, reducing wear and failure in pumps, valves and other equipment.

일반 여과지·백 필터는 통상 10~40마이크론급 이물질만 걸러내기 때문에, 베어링·밸브 손상의 주원인이 되는 1마이크론 이하의 미세 철 마모분은 그대로 통과시킵니다. 자석필터는 강력한 희토류 자석의 자기장으로 이 미세 철 오염물을 직접 흡착·포집하며, 뭉쳐진 철 입자가 비철 오염물까지 함께 걸러내는 응집 효과도 냅니다. 기존 세라믹 자석과 달리 고온에서도 자력 저하가 적어 장기간 안정적으로 작동합니다.Conventional paper or bag filters typically catch particles only down to the 10–40 micron range, letting the sub-1-micron ferrous wear particles that cause most bearing and valve damage pass straight through. A magnetic filter uses a powerful rare-earth magnetic field to directly attract and hold these fine ferrous particles; as they clump together they also help trap non-ferrous debris in the same location. Unlike older ceramic magnets, rare-earth elements retain their field strength at higher temperatures, so performance stays stable over long service intervals.
