작동 원리 & 구조Principle & Structure
FFKM은 분자 구조 내 수소를 불소로 치환한 완전 불소화 엘라스토머로, PTFE에 가까운 내화학성을 유지하면서도 고무처럼 탄성 밀봉이 가능하도록 설계된 소재입니다. 이 탄성 덕분에 일반 오링과 동일한 방식(그루브 압축)으로 장착·사용할 수 있습니다.FFKM is a fully fluorinated elastomer in which hydrogen atoms are replaced with fluorine, giving it PTFE-like chemical resistance while still retaining the elasticity needed for conventional groove-compression sealing — so it installs and functions just like a standard O-ring.

evolast®는 PTFE 열가소성 수지의 우수한 내화학성·내열성과 엘라스토머 특유의 탄성 및 뛰어난 압축영구줄음률을 동시에 갖춘 FFKM으로, 고무를 밀봉 분야에서 이전에 없던 수준으로 끌어올린 소재입니다. 화학·의약품·식품 산업은 물론 오일·가스 생산 및 정제 공정 등 매우 엄격한 기준이 요구되는 분야에 사용됩니다. 초기 단가는 일반 엘라스토머보다 높지만, 긴 수명과 유지보수 비용 절감으로 총소유비용을 상쇄하는 경우가 많습니다. evolast® FFKM 오링은 기존 툴로 소형부터 최대 지름 2,000mm까지 약 10,000종의 규격을 보유하고 있으며, 고객 도면에 따른 맞춤 제작도 가능합니다.evolast® is an FFKM that combines the excellent chemical and thermal properties of PTFE thermoplastics with the elasticity and superior compression-set resistance of an elastomer — raising rubber to a previously unknown peak in sealing applications. It is used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries as well as in oil & gas production and processing, wherever seals must meet highly exacting standards. Its higher initial cost compared to standard elastomers is often offset by a longer service life and reduced maintenance. evolast® FFKM O-rings are available in roughly 10,000 sizes from existing tooling — from small parts up to 2,000mm in diameter — with custom parts also produced to customer drawings.
