가공씰은 금형으로 성형하지 않고 소재 블록을 도면 치수대로 절삭 가공해 만드는 씰입니다. 표준 카탈로그에 없는 비표준 치수·특수 형상을 소량·신속하게 제작할 수 있어, 단종 부품 교체나 시제품 대응에 적합합니다.A machined seal is made by cutting a block of material to drawing dimensions rather than molding it. It allows fast, low-volume production of non-standard sizes and special shapes not found in standard catalogs, making it suited to replacing discontinued parts or building prototypes.

작동 원리 & 구조Principle & Structure

사출·압축 금형으로 찍어내는 몰드 성형 씰과 달리, 봉재·판재 형태의 소재를 선반·밀링으로 절삭해 원하는 단면과 치수를 직접 깎아냅니다. 금형 제작 과정이 없기 때문에 소량이라도 비교적 짧은 기간에 제작할 수 있고, 표준 규격에 없는 치수나 단종된 설비의 부품도 도면만 있으면 대응할 수 있습니다.Unlike molded seals produced from injection or compression tooling, machined seals are turned or milled directly from rod or sheet stock to the required cross-section and dimensions. Because no mold has to be built first, even small quantities can be produced on a relatively short lead time — and as long as a drawing or sample exists, seals for non-standard sizes or discontinued equipment can still be reproduced.
