작동 원리 & 구조Principle & Structure

도면 또는 샘플을 기반으로 제품 형상에 맞는 금형을 제작한 뒤, 우레탄이나 고무를 그 금형에 사출·압축 성형해 동일한 형상의 제품을 반복 생산합니다. 금형 초기 제작 비용은 발생하지만, 이후로는 절삭 가공 대비 빠르고 일관된 품질로 양산할 수 있습니다.A mold is built to match the required shape based on a drawing or sample, then urethane or rubber is injection- or compression-molded into it to reproduce the part consistently at volume. There is an upfront tooling cost, but once the mold exists, production is faster and more consistent than machining each part individually.
