비규격연결오링은 표준 규격표에 없는 대형·특수 사이즈가 필요할 때, 코드(cord) 형태의 소재를 원하는 길이로 절단해 양 끝을 접착·가류(vulcanize)로 연결해 원형으로 만드는 오링입니다. 소량·비표준 대구경 오링을 신속하게 제작할 수 있습니다.A non-standard (vulc'd) O-ring is made by cutting cord-stock material to length and joining the ends by adhesive vulcanization into a ring, used when a large or special size isn't available in standard tables. It allows fast, low-volume production of non-standard, large-diameter O-rings.
작동 원리 & 구조Principle & Structure
금형으로 찍어내는 일반 오링과 달리, 원하는 길이만큼 자른 코드(cord) 양끝을 열과 압력으로 가황 접합해 링을 완성합니다. 대형 금형이 필요 없어 대구경·비표준 단면에도 비교적 짧은 납기와 합리적 비용으로 대응할 수 있습니다.Rather than being molded as a single ring, a length of cord is cut to size and its two ends are vulcanized together under heat and pressure. Because no large mold is required, this approach can produce oversized diameters and non-standard cross-sections without the cost and lead time of dedicated tooling.
