It keeps its dimensional stability above 250°C and under high pressure, making it suited to extreme conditions such as semiconductor and aerospace equipment.

작동 원리 & 구조Principle & Structure

PEEK(폴리에테르에테르케톤)는 선형 방향족 반결정성 고분자로, 녹는점(약 343℃) 부근까지도 기계적 물성을 크게 잃지 않는 것이 특징입니다. 봉재·튜브 형태로 압출·사출 성형된 소재를 정밀 절삭 가공해 씰 자켓, 백업링, 스러스트 와셔, 웨어링 등으로 제작하며, 유리섬유·카본섬유·PTFE·흑연 등을 배합해 강성·내마모성·저마찰성을 목적에 맞게 조정합니다.PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a linear aromatic semi-crystalline polymer that retains most of its mechanical strength almost up to its melting point (around 343°C). Rod and tube stock is precision-machined into seal jackets, back-up rings, thrust washers and wear rings, with glass fiber, carbon fiber, PTFE or graphite blended in to tune stiffness, wear resistance or friction for the specific application.
