현장에서 비규격 연결오링 또는 대구경 오링으로 불리는 제품으로, 표준 규격이나 기존 보유 금형으로 대응하기 어려운 대형·특수 치수의 O-ring입니다. 일반적인 압출 코드의 본드 접착 방식과 달리, 전용 압축 구간성형 공정을 통해 O-ring 둘레를 단계적으로 성형·가황합니다.Often called a 'connected' O-ring or large-diameter O-ring in the field, this is an O-ring for large or special dimensions that standard catalogs or existing molds can't cover. Unlike the typical approach of bonding the ends of extruded cord stock, it's formed and vulcanized around its circumference in stages through a dedicated compression step-moulding process.
제작 원리 및 구조Manufacturing Principle & Structure
압축 구간성형은 전용 성형 시스템을 이용해 O-ring의 둘레를 구간별로 순차적으로 압축성형하고 가황하여 하나의 원형 제품으로 완성하는 방식입니다. 가황된 압출 코드를 필요한 길이로 자른 후 본드로 양 끝만 접착하는 단순 연결 방식과 구분되며, 대구경 및 비규격 제품에서도 균일한 단면과 안정적인 기계적 성능을 확보할 수 있습니다.Compression step moulding uses a dedicated forming system to compression-mould and vulcanize the O-ring's circumference section by section, completing the O-ring through successive moulding sections. This is distinct from simply cutting vulcanized cord stock to length and bonding the two ends together — it secures a uniform cross-section and stable mechanical performance even in large-diameter, non-standard parts.
